We understand things come up and changes may be necessary.

There are several options:

  1. Reschedule to a new date
  2. Transfer your registration to a teammate 
  3. Cancel your course

Rescheduling:

Partcipants may reschedule their registration to another date (pending availability).

Please request via the Change Request Form or email us: hello at dynamiclearninginc dot com at least 5 days in advance.

One date transfer permitted per registration.

Transfer/Substitution Policy:

Participants may transfer their registration to another individual.

The transfer must be requested at least 5 days prior to course date. Use the Change Request Form or email us: hello at dynamiclearninginc dot com.

Cancellation Deadline:

Registrants may cancel their registration up to 10 days prior to course dates. 

Please submit cancellation requests via the Change Request Form or emailing us: hello at dynamiclearninginc dot com.

The email must include: participant name, email, course name, and date.

Refund:

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to the deadline (10 days or earlier from class date.)

Late Cancellation:

No refunds issued for cancellations received after the deadline.

No-Shows:

No refunds or transfers are issued for no-shows. 

Course Changes/Cancellation by Provider:

Dynamic Learning Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course. In the event of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund. If the course is rescheduled, registrants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund.

Force Majeure:

Neither party is liable for cancellations due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, illness of instructors, or civil disturbances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

Payment and Refund Methods:

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Credit card refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take up to 15 business days.

Web-Based Training:

Web-based training purchases are non-refundable once access is granted. Subscriptions begin on the purchase date and cannot be deferred.
